Cinnamon Chicken Wings
For a healthy and flavorful take on a classic appetizer, give this healthy chicken recipe a try. Just goes to show that chicken wings don't need to be fried or lathered in a thick sauce to be tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 6-ounce can pineapple concentrate
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Mix together pineapple concentrate, chili sauce, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cinnamon and onion powder to form the sauce.
- Cut wings apart. Throw out tips or save for stock. Marinate wings in sauce for 12-24 hours.
- Broil on low 5-10 minutes per side.
