    Mexican Burger

    This healthy version of a Mexican burger will certainly hit the spot. Made with lean beef, you will get all of that great flavor without the diet-ruining fat.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound 90% lean ground beef
    • 1 package taco seasoning mix
    • 1 can (small) chopped green chilies, drained
    • 1 small onion,finely chopped
    • salsa, for topping

    Instructions

    1. Mix ground beef, taco seasoning mix, green chilies, finely chopped onion in a bowl.
       
    2. Shape into 4 patties and grill (3-4 minutes per side will be medium doneness).
       
    3. Serve with salsa on buns.
