Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen french style green beans
- 1 tablespoon light oil
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 2 lean cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 pinch paprika
- Vegetable spray
Instructions
- Thaw green beans, drain well.
- Combine oil and flour, add milk, and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened.
- Add sour cream and ham. Pour into sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Dash generously with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
