Cowboy Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed well
- 1 can navy beans, drained and rinsed well
- 1 can butter beans, drained and rinsed well
- 1/3 cup SPLENDA brown sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup reduced sugar ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, turkey bacon and onion, and drain any excess grease.
- In large baking dish, add to the hamburger mix the kidney beans, navy beans, butter beans, brown sugar substitute, ketchup, dry mustard and maple syrup. Make sure everything is thoroughly combined.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, or until everything is thoroughly heated through.

it sounds good but we don't like maple syrup so I would use corn syrup
