Crazy Cowboy Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 10 3/4 ounces organic cream of mushroom soup
- 10 ounces frozen peas
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 1 pound Cascadian Farms Spud Puppiesâ„¢
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with the onions until no pink meat remains. Drain away any extra fat. Stir in the soup and peas. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder and pepper.
- Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and spread the hamburger mixture over the bottom of the pan. Toss the cheese with the frozen Spud Puppies, and spread over the casserole.
- Bake for approximately one hour, until cheese is bubbly.

Is EXACTLY like the recipe I won a place in Taste of Home recipe book! Only difference is I use corn not peas. And I use Tater Tots.
