Oven Corn Casserole
Make corn the center of a dish with this super simple casserole recipe. This delicious side dish is a no-brainer and will pair perfectly with a hearty plate of barbecue.

Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole grain corn, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 medium Bell pepper, chopped
- 2 ounces jar pimento, drained and chopped
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Place in a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.
