Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size
- 1 can reduced sodium mushroom soup
- Chili peppers, seeded and chopped (to taste)
- 1 can reduced sodium tomato soup
- 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
- 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth
- 12 corn tortillas
- Reduced fat American cheese, grated
Instructions
- Combine together the chicken, the cans of soup and the chili peppers.
- Place half of the mixture into a casserole dish and top with tortillas and cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees F.
