Healthy Oven Fried Chicken
Try this healthy version of fried chicken. This chicken is baked instead of fried, but the seasonings are so good you won't miss the excess fat.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and patted dry
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cover a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a shallow disk combine all ingredients except chicken and buttermilk.
- In a separate dish, dip chicken in buttermilk then roll in dry mixture and place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes until golden.

If you do weight watchers and you use 4 oz breasts this recipe is only 5 points plus. This recipe sounds delicious and I'm going to try it this weekend

when I ran the numbers on this I came up per serving359 calories68g carbs282mg sodiumI usually do not figure fat. sorry***wmbck5
