Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal/pulp/flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons raw almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 30 drops NuNaturals Alcohol Free Stevia Liquid (or to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees F (or prep dehydrator, if you choose).
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and stir until you have a soft ball of dough.
- Scoop by full tablespoon onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 60-90 minutes. Check to observe browning on bottoms.
- Remove from oven and cool completely. Store in the refrigerator.
