Healthy Steak Chow Mein

Cooking MethodSlow Cooker
Ingredients
- 4 ounces can mushrooms
- 1 1/2 pound lean round steak, cubed
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 medium onions
- 1 cup hot water with 3 low sodium bouillon cubes
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound can Chinese vegetables
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Combine mushrooms, steak, celery, onions, bouillon water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vegetables and cornstarch water in a slow cooker.
- Cook eight to 10 hours in slow cooker on low.
- One hour before serving add Chinese vegetables and cornstarch and water.
