Poached Salmon Cutlets

Ingredients
- 4 salmon cutlets or 2 fillets
- 1/2 pint water
- 1/4 pint white wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons peppercorns
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 sprig fresh oregano or thyme
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley
Instructions
- Lightly grease the bottom of the slow cooker, then place the salmon cutlets (or fillets) in the bottom.
- Put the remaining ingredients in a pan and heat until boiling.
- Remove from heat and pour over the salmon.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low for approximately 3 hours. Serve hot, or cold with a salad.
