Sweet Chicken in Curry Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 skinless chicken pieces
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons light cooking oil
- 2 medium onions
- 15 grams curry powder, about 2 tablespoons
- 15 grams wheat flour, about 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 15 grams sugar substitute, about 1 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam
- 25 grams sultanas or raisins, about 1/3 cup
- 300 milliliters of the reserved chicken stock, about 1 1/4 cups
Instructions
- This recipe uses a slow cooker to cook meal.
- Put the chicken pieces in a saucepan with the salt and cover with hot water, add salt and simmer until the chicken is tender.
- Drain off the liquid and reserve. Remove the meat from the pieces in large pieces.
- Slice the onion thinly and cook in the light oil until soft and golden.
- Stir in the curry powder and wheat flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring well. Measure the reserved liquid and add to the onions.
- Stir well and heat gently until the sauce is smooth.
- Add the vinegar, sultanas sugar, and jam. Put the chicken into the slow cooker, pour over the curry sauce and stir well.
- Cover and cook on HIGH in your crock pot for 30 minutes, then on LOW 4 - 5 hours.

It sounds very good, but I'd really like the ingredients listed in US measurements, ie: teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, etc., instead of grams and milliliters.
