Fruity Orange Yogurt Dip
This orange yogurt fruit dip recipe is filled with Vitamin C. What a great way to get nutrients you need, in an unexpected place! Serve as a snack or dessert to everyone you know!
Ingredients
- 1 carton (8 ounces) low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- grated peel of 1/2 orange
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 medium Red Delicious or Ginger Gold apple, unpeeled and sliced
- 1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine low-fat yogurt, honey,and orange peel.
- Serve as a dip with orange, apple, and banana.
- Sprinkle the cut apple and banana with a small amount of orange or lemon juice to prevent fruit from darkening.
- Makes four servings (two ounces dip each).
