Summer Fruit Smoothie
Summertime is the perfect time to drink a yogurt smoothie. This cool, chilled drink will definitely fight off any heat wave. This drink will make you smile, not perspire!

Variations
Mix bananas, pineapple, cream of coconut, and crushed ice. Layer fresh strawberries blended with honey and crushed ice, whipped cream, and blueberries blended with crushed ice.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup 100% natural fruit juice
- 1 1/2 cup ripe fruit, diced (bananas, berries, peaches or pineapple)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the first four ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add the ice; blend again.
- Pour in a glass, garnish with a fresh berry.
