- 1 pound non-dairy vanilla almond bark
- 2 cups whole wheat chow mein noodles
- 2 cups high fiber corn flakes, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate M&Ms
Instructions
- Melt almond bark in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, or in the microwave at 50 percent power about three minutes, stirring every minute.
- In a large bowl, combine chow mein noodles and corn flakes.
- Pour melted candy coating over noodle mixture, stirring until noodles and cereal are completely coated.
- Form cookies by mounding heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture on waxed paper.
- Make an indention in the center of each nest. Place three candy eggs in each nest if desired.
- Allow to set at room temperature until firm.
