Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar substitute
- 3 cups light soy milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup light oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 teaspoon liquid soy lecithin
Instructions
- Blend together sugar substitute, soy milk, vanilla, oil and salt until thoroughly combined. Add liquid soy lecithin.
- Chill, then put into an ice cream machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
