Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups sugar or sugar substitute
- 4 cups fresh cantaloupe pulp
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes. Cool.
- Remove cantaloupe from shell and puree in an electric blender on high speed. Add cantaloupe pulp and lemon juice to sugar syrup. Churn freeze.
