Easy Peasy Fruit Salad
With a sweet dressing sure to please, this quick and easy fruit salad recipe will surely become a family favorite. By using sugar-free pudding mix and fat-free whipped topping, it's even a lower-calorie option!

Ingredients
- 1 12-oz. container fat-free Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 small package sugar-free instant pudding mix, vanilla
- 1 full-sized can (about 15 oz.) mixed fruit, such as fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 can mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 banana, sliced
Instructions
- Combine Cool Whip and dry pudding mix.
- Add the fruit and mix gently.
- Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
