Whre's the receipe text? Videos are great if you are showing a special technique or preparing a complicated dish. While I applaud all those who, for whatever reasons, post YouTube videos, I'm sure I'm not the only one who is more interested in a printed receipt than watching an amateur chef make a simple dish!
