Lentil Pasta with Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 cup Papadini Hi-Protein lentil bean pasta
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta in 4 cups of water or all natural chicken broth until tender. Drain.
- Heat oil in pan and saute onion until lightly brown. Add mushrooms and saute until browned.
- Add onions, mushrooms and any liquid to cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
