Bobby's Bigger Beef Burgers
Bobby likes his beef burgers big. That's why he invented the recipe for Bobby's bigger beef burgers. If you want the world's best hamburger recipe, then here it is, or so Bobby says. I think he's certainly near the top with this gem of a recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound 99% lean ground beef
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Instructions
- In bowl, beat egg and water with fork; mix in bread crumbs, onion, mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- Add ground beef and mix gently, but well.
- Shape beef into four 1/2 inch thick patties.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Or layer between waxed paper in airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month; thaw in refrigerator.
- Place patties on greased grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook, turning patties once, for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
- Place in hamburger buns and enjoy.

Please explain the instructions. 1. Do you make the patties then mix together the other ingredients and dip the cold patties in the mixture? 2. Do you mix everything together then form the patties and cool then? The way you wrote the instructions is very confusing, please clarify them as I would like to try this recipe. Papadoc22

hi a couple things first the prep time and cook time i think are wrong it shows 40 minutes total but you forgot the 6hours at least in the fridge as it sez in the recipe the other thing is it doesnt really explain how youre supposed to add the burgers which are already made to all of the other ingredients which are mixed together. thanks
