Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli and Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut into small pieces
- 14 1/2 ounces can low sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups whole wheat elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 3/4 pound low fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 ounces package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Instructions
- Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Stir in broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Add cheese and broccoli; stir until cheese is melted.
