Ingredients
- Fresh pears
- 3/4 cup brown sugar substitute
- 2 eggs, or equivalent egg substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup cornstarch or white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Slice pears to fill an unbaked pie crust.
- Mix together brown sugar substitute, eggs, salt, pecans, cornstarch and lemon juice and pour over the pears.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutesF, or until pears are done.
