Ingredients
- 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 cup all natural peanut butter, creamy or chunky will work for this pie
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 8 ounces Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
- 1 prepared pie crust
Instructions
- In a stand mixer, or using an electric hand mixer, beat the light cream cheese on high speed until it is fluffy. Then, thoroughly beat in the peanut butter and stevia.
- Fold in whipped topping, then spooneverything into your prepared crust.
- Refrigerate until chilled, for at least five hours.
