Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 4 cloves
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Peel, core, and quarter the apples, and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Add cinnamon, cloves, honey and apple juice to the bowl.
- Cover the bowl and microwave it on high for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Remove the cloves from the bowl and transfer the rest of the contents to a food processor. Puree the mixture for 5-10 seconds.
