Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 ounces plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas, mix with yogurt, then add milk and sugar.
     
  2. Pour into molds and freeze.
