Cranberry Sauce with a Kick

Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) package of fresh cranberries
- 1 1/4 cup sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons fresh-sqeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F degrees.
- Place cranberries in glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle sugar, then orange juice over cranberries.
- Cover dish tightly with foil.
- Bake about 1 hour, or until juices form and cranberries are very soft.
- Uncover and mix in liqueur.
- Cover and refrigerate until very cold, about 4 hours.
