Ingredients
- 6 3/4 cups sugar substitute
- 6 cups water
- 3 pounds fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Combine sugar substitute and water in an 8-to-10 quart kettle.
- Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Heat until boiling; boil 5 minutes.
- Add cranberries and cook about 5 minutes or until skins pop.
- Remove from heat.
- Pack sauce into hot jars, leaving 1/2 inch at the top.
- Process in boiling water for 5 minutes (start when water boils).
