Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust (from 15-oz. pkg.)
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, diced into pieces
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup thawed, frozen fat-free egg product
- 1/2 cup non-fat whipped cream
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust baked shell using 9-inch pie pan. Bake until golden brown at 450 degrees F (around 10 minutes).
- Cool 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in small saucepan over low heat; cool.
- In bowl, beat margarine until fluffy.
- Gradually add sugar substitute, beating until light and fluffy.
- Add cooled chocolate and vanilla extract; blend well.
- Add egg product, beating at high speed for 2 minutes gradually. Beat until mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Pour into cooled baked shell. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with non-fat whipped cream. Store in refrigerator.
