Turkey Cajun Stew

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a heavy pot, saute the turkey and onions in olive oil until the turkey is cooked throughly and the onions a translucent.
- Add the minced garlic to the meat/onion mixture and cook and stir for a few more minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and the seasonings. Then sir it and cover it.
- Simmer and stir. (For about 45 mintues to an hour)
- Serve alone or over brown rice.
