Beef MATCH Asian Meatballs
This super easy Asian cooking recipe is from MATCH® vegan meat alternatives. Flavored with coriander and ginger, these vegetarian meatballs are bound to be a delight at your next get-together.

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef MATCH® vegan meat alternative
- 2 tablespoons chives, dried
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Sambal
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with Beef MATCH®.
- Form into desired size meatballs.
- Sauté on non-stick prepared surface on medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes until browned or until heated through.
- Serve with your favorite Asian sauce atop rice or rice noodles.
