Mini Shrimp Cocktail Roll Ups
Instead of boring old shrimp cocktails, try these delicious Mini Shrimp Cocktail Roll-Ups. These are quick, easy and so tasty! The "fried' shrimp really gives these wraps an extra crunch.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Gorton's Crunchy Golden Popcorn Shrimp
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup cocktail sauce
- 2 10-inch wraps
Instructions
- Prepare Gorton's Crunchy Golden Popcorn Shrimp according to package instructions.
- Evenly distribute cocktail sauce and spinach onto each wrap, roll up, place five toothpicks evenly across and cut five pieces leaving in toothpicks.
- Stand up rolls to display inside of wrap, top with cooked shrimp and serve immediately.
