Almond Honey Breadsticks

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cup fine oatmeal
- 1/2 cup rye flour
- 1/2 cup soya flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons raw sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons ground linseed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Instructions
- Combine wholemeal flour, soya flour, rye flour, oatmeal, linseed, salt, sugar, coriander and nuts in a bowl. Mix together honey, water and oil in a separate container.
- Add wet mix to dry mix and combine thoroughly. Add a little more flour if the mix is too moist to handle. Roll bits of dough, about tablespoon size, into sticks.
- Place on an ungreased tray and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container.
