Ingredients
- 2 Gorton's Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets (1 box)
- 4 ounces penne pasta, cooked
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Gorton's All Natural Lemon Butter Grilled Fillets and pasta according to package instructions and cut each fillet into 4 pieces.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes and sauté onion and garlic 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli, sauté 7 minutes, add pasta and remove from heat.
- Combine remaining ingredients with broccoli mixture, arrange fish pieces over pasta and serve immediately.
