Simple Grilled Italian Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise
- 2 medium yellow squash cut lengthwise
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into 16 strips
- 2 tablespoons low fat Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Combine cheese, oil and Italian seasoning in container larger enough to place vegetables in.
- Place vegetables in dish with mixture and lightly coat both sides.
- Place on edge of grill or in grilling basket and grill for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn occasionally.
