Fast Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 small red or green chilies, minced
- 1 cup button mushrooms, halved
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1/2 inch pieces of bundle long beans or substitute green beans
- 1 small sweet red or green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar substitute
- 3 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 15 sweet basil leaves
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in wok or frying pan.
- Begin stir frying items in order of ingredients list, one right after the other.
- Cook everything until all ingredients are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
