Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup Namaste Blondie Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup crystalized ginger, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray 8x8-inch pan with non-stick spray.
- Combine Blondie mix, oil, egg, orange juice, ginger and zest until well blended. Stir in crystalized ginger.
- Bake 18 to 24 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on wire rack.
