Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef or chuck (85%/15%)
- 1/4 cup white onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoon low carb dry rub
- 1/4 cup low carb ketchup, Heinz recommended
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Instructions

In a large frying pan, brown ground beef until just beginning to get brown. Add onion, red pepper, and dry rub. Mix through each other, and cook until done and veggies are tender.

Add ketchup, mustard, and liquid smoke to the browned ground beef. Stir thoroughly together.

Serve on top of lettuce, low carb biscuits, or revolution rolls.
