Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar substitute suitable for baking
- 1/2 cup butter substitute suitable for baking
- 2 ripened bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup white whole wheat flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream the first five ingredients in a mixer.
- Add white whole wheat flour and baking soda to creamed mixture. (Nuts are also added if desired.)
- Pour dough in a greased loaf tin.
- Bake it at 350 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes. Yields one loaf.
