Old Fashioned Sweet Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose wheat flour
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup non-fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup butter substitue or margarine, softened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine flours, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine egg, non-fat sour cream, fat-free milk, and buttersubstitute.
- Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- Pour into 8-inch square baking pan, greased with non-fat cooking spray.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve warm.
