Semisweet Chocolate Banana Bread
Chocolate makes everything better but with its sweet delight comes unwanted calories. With this semisweet chocolate banana bread you get the best of both worlds because dark chocolate cuts the fat but leaves the delicious taste. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar substitute suitable for baking
- 1/2 cup butter substitute suitable for baking
- 1/2 cup egg substitute suitable for baking
- 3 mashed bananas
- 2 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in order given.
- In greased loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees F, one hour.
