"Mix up your morning routine with a delicious vegan and gluten-free Breakfast Yogurt Parfait! It’s easy and fast to make with only three ingredients. As you may have guessed, the first ingredient is vegan yogurt. There are a wide variety of options available at most major supermarkets these days. You can find ones made from cashews, almonds, soy, and/or coconut. I enjoy using vanilla non-dairy yogurt in this recipe, but plain or or fruity flavors would work well, too. Then all you need is your favorite bar and some fresh berries."
