Hobo Sunrise Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey or vegetarian sausage, browned
- 1 package reduced fat crescent rolls (refrigerated dough)
- 5 eggs, or equivalent egg substitute
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 12 ounce frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup part-skim cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13-inch glass or metal bakin pan.
- Unroll and press crescent roll dough into the bottom of the pan.
- Crumble browned sausage over the top of the crust, distributing evenly.
- Spread hashbrowns over sausage, and top with cheese.
- Beat eggs and milk with a wire whisk until thorougly combined, then pour over the top of the pizza.
- Bake 25 to 30 minues or until crust is golden brown and egg in the center has set.
- Serve in slices with salsa for dipping.
