Veggie Breakfast Pizza
Who wouldn't love an excuse to eat pizza for breakfast? Layer a pre-made dough with your favorite morning treats, like eggs, low-fat cheese and your favorite veggies. You can't go wrong with this easy recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 cup fresh vegetables of your choice
- 1 cup shredded low-fat cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Prepared whole wheat pizza dough or pastry
Instructions
- Roll pastry to fit into a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 425 degrees F for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle veggies and cheese evenly over crust.
- In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth; pour over pizza.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pizza is puffy and lightly browned.
