Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen whole wheat bread dough, completely thawed and left at room temperature
- All-natural olive oil cooking spray
- Garlic powder, to taste

- Let the breadsticks rise in a warm place until they have doubled. Give yourself up to two hours to have this happen.

- Bake at 375 degrees F about 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan on a rack. Be sure to serve these within a day or two after baking.
