Turkey Meatloaf with Cheese and Whole Wheat Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce cooked whole-wheat macaroni
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup soft multigrain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to directions on package.
     
  2. Mix together pasta, hamburger, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, onion, green pepper, cheese, salt and pepper.
     
  3. Shape into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
