- SAUSAGE GRAVY:
- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 2 cup skim milk
- 2 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch

- Bake at 450 degrees F for about 10 minutes.
To make the sausage gravy:
- First, crumble sausage in a large pan and brown until all pink is gone. Pour off any fat and out back on fire.
- Add milk, heat gently until nearly boiling. Mix cornstarch with water.
- When the milk and sausage mixture is hot, blend in the cornstarch and mix well. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil for one minute.
- Reduce heat, salt and pepper to taste and pour over fresh biscuits.
