Basic Burger Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 3 cup raw potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 pound reduced fat Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup margarine
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and drain off fat, set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix low fat cream of mushroom soup, skim milk, onion, salt and pepper in a seperate bowl.
- In large casserole dish, layer potatoes, soup mixture and hamburger. Repeat layers again, ending with hamburger. and dot with margarine.
- Cover and bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Sprinkle with grated low fat Cheddar cheese and bake just until cheese is melted.
