Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine or low fat butter substitute, softened
- 1 cup Splenda granulated sweetener or other white sugar substitute
- 8 ounces reduced fat Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 cup whole grain flour
- 2 cans (16-ounce) sliced apples (not apple pie filling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Beat butter substitue and sweetener in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add reduced fat Velveeta cheese and combine well.
- Add flour and mix well. Batter will be stiff.
- Arrange apples in layers in a lightly greased 1.5-quart baking dish.
- Spread the Velveeta mixture over the apples, covering well.
- Bake 30-45 minutes.
