No Bake Light Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 4 ounces reduced sugar packaged instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup skim milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, yogurt and sour cream until mixture is creamy. Then, add the pudding and skim milk and beat until smooth.
- Scoop mixture into a graham cracker crust and chill in the refrigerator. Top with pie filling or fresh fruit if desired.
